We do not accept any Biotopic returns.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds will NOT be given based on individual results as results may vary from person to person.

Refunds or reshipments of any packages due to the following circumstances are not a responsibility Biotopic.
-Held or returned shipments due to incorrect address or undeliverable.
-Shipments lost at any point in the parcel process.
-Shipments stolen at any point in the parcel process.
For shipments that are "returned to sender" or otherwise marked as generally undeliverable by the mail carrier, Biotopic will offer a one time replacement. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and tracking information.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, just contact us by email at email@example.com and we will reship a new order within 24 hours free of charge.
